The Tipperary Walking Track winds through the Hepburn Regional Park. The Tipperary Track is sixteen kilometres from Lake Daylesford to Hepburn Springs Reserve. The walk can be broken down into smaller sections as below:
Lake Daylesford – Twin Bridges: 1.3km -20 minutes
Twin Bridges – Tipperary Spring: 2.3km – 40 minutes
Tipperary Spring – Bryces Flat: 3.3km – 1 hour
Bryces Flat – The Blowhole : 1.3km – 1 hour
The Blowhole – Breakneck Gorge: 3.1 km – 1 hour

The Daylesford Cider Company specialises in traditional craft cider made using the 17 varieties of English heritage-listed cider apples grown on the farm at Musk, 4km East of Daylesford. The traditional 'still' ciders proudly picked up Silver and two Bronze at the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards earlier in 2015.
Wombat State Forest
The Wombat State Forest is located just outside of Daylesford. The forest spans 70,000 hectares of flora reserve set aside for recreation. There are many drives and bushwalking trails through the forest.

The Goldfields Track
The Goldfields Track stretches 210kms from Bendigo to Mt Buninyong and Bacchus Marsh and forms part of the Great Dividing Trail. The Trail comprises three smaller tracks; The Wallaby, Leangan, and Dry Diggings Tracks. The Goldfields Track is a natural bush track with paths clearly marked. The walk showcases the natural beauty of the region as well as attractions such as wineries, cafes, restaurants and day spas – as regional cities and townships are always close by and worth a stop and a stay. Daylesford marks the intersection of the Dry Diggins and Wallaby Track providing a well deserved resting point.

Set in the Hepburn Regional Park, the Hepburn Blowhole is an impressive sight when the creek is in full flow. This artificial diversion tunnel on Sailors Creek was built by gold miners around the early 1870s. A tunnel through the spur was cut to redirect water flow from the original creek line. The soil in the dry creek bed was then sluiced for gold. It . Short walks can be undertaken by following the spur above the tunnel or through the diggings area.

Natural features that are a must see for visitors and local alike include: Jacksons Lookout, Mt Franklin Reserve, and of course the natural springs.
We are a family of ethicurean farmers raising rare-breed Large Black pigs on 69 acres of volcanic paddocks just outside Daylesford, Victoria. We sell our uncommonly delicious ethical pork and beer-fed beef at the farm gate and through a delivery box system into Melbourne.
