Originally a miner's cottage dating from early days on the goldfields, Lake Daylesford Cottage is situated in Leggatt Street in the historic precinct of town. Renovations during recent times ensure a cosy stay for up to three couples. Views from the kitchen, reading room and balcony directly onto the lake are a treat at any time of the year and a mature garden with few attendant neighbours ensure privacy. A large deck with BBQ faces the morning sun; offstreet parking and easy access to walking tracks make this an ideal location for a few days break. Many guests find themselves returning over the years with family and friends. You'll find the Book Barn at the end of the street and a run-free dog park not too far away.
