Located on the rear terrace of the 1930's Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel, The Conservatory offers a gourmet breakfast selection every morning from 8am. Elegantly furnished with soft cushioned banquettes, comfortable cane chairs and hanging pendulum lamps, guests can enjoy a continental buffet selection accompanied by a seasonal cooked to order menu. On the continental buffet, choose from a selection of fresh and poached fruits handpicked from the hotel’s farm Vale Hill, fresh sourdough bread baked daily in the kitchen, a selection of locally cured meats and cheeses, delicious natural yoghurt pannacotta's with poached fruits and a ‘make your own’ muesli selection. The cooked to order menu offers a selection of breakfast favourites updated regularly to reflect the available produce. The Conservatory is open to hotel guests and the public 7 days between 8am – 10.30am. Reservations recommended.
