The Daylesford Cider Company specialises in traditional craft cider made using the 17 varieties of English heritage-listed cider apples grown on the farm at Musk, 4km East of Daylesford. The traditional 'still' ciders proudly picked up Silver and two Bronze at the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards earlier in 2015. A warm welcome awaits you at the cellar door of the English style Tavern located on the property. You can sample the range of ciders before you purchase some takeaway, or you are welcome to enjoy a drink or two in the cosy tavern or outside in the beautiful landscaped gardens and courtyard. A seasonal menu is available during the weekends, and often live music showcasing the regions fantastic talent is adding to the wonderful ambience. Other events and private functions including weddings are often booked on the weekends so please don't hesitate to contact the Tavern to check what will be taking place during your visit.
