Please note: The Chocolate Mill is closed from 29th January, 2014-26th February, 2014 for our annual break. We hope to see you from 27th February. Opening hours are 10am - 4.45pm (café closes 4.30pm). We are open 7 days per week (excl Christmas & Boxing Day). We pride ourselves on being “for the Serious Chocoholic”. We make fresh chocolate the old fashioned European way, before mass production took over. We use natural ingredients and quality European chocolate- staying away from preservatives and additives. Our chocolate is Fair Trade and contains no palm oil…and going back to quality personal customer service with strong product knowledge. This is why we make and sell our product exclusively on site to over 2000 customers per week. The Chocolate Mill story … In 2001, Jennifer Gregory and Chris Weippert had a dream to create a Chocolate experience. They moved from Perth into a shed on the property. Here they lived for 28 months, 18 months without power and budgeted for $7 a day for food for the two of them, whilst building. On November 21st 2003, with $22 in the bank, they opened. Later that year they were featured in Epicure and The Herald Sun… These strong values & commitment to outstanding quality will continue with new ownership in 2014.
