If you are planning a trip to Daylesford-stay here! Bilson's Landing is absolutely beautiful! The house is divine, beautifully designed and thoughtfully catering to every need the guests may have. Cleanliness is perfect, comfort exceptional. I stayed here with five "mom" friends and we were rapt with the property. The only possible drawback to Bilson's Landing is the steep driveway-but it is "paved" properly (so no need for 4WDs) and plenty of room at the top near the house for parking. We were able to get three cars in, out and parked relatively easy. Lovely girls' weekend! Thank you!

We chose to stay at Bilson's Landing for our daughter's wedding weekend and the wonderful experience there was more than we ever imagined. We were delightfully surprised when we walked into the magnificently designed home to find the fire lit and cosy warm on this nine degree November day. Our first hour in the home was spent just admiring all of the luxurious fittings, everything has been selected with exceptional good taste in every detail. The private bedroom & bathroom areas as well as the most comfortable beds on earth (the first thing that everyone said in the morning), allowed for all of the wedding party to rest well for the following big day. Like a miracle the sun shone the next day and the day warmed as everything aligned perfectly for the wedding day. We were able to enjoy the huge amount of natural light inside Bilson's which was ideal for the hairdresser, makeup lady and of course the photographer. She took many beautiful photos everywhere inside, staircase, the balcony and outside on the driveway with the lovely lake bush backdrop. Although I ordered some food platters in for my pre wedding guests, the 'to die for' Bilson's kitchen is well equipped and catered for my every need to present the luncheon beautifully. Thank you David for "bending over backwards" to meet our individual request and for the very generous and scrumptious gourmet hamper. Staying at Bilson's was like a second home, it was so very welcoming. We have many wonderful memories of our weekend and we thank you for this.

Bilson's Landing is an amazing place to stay. The view is amazing and Daylesford Lake across the road, making our morning walk around the lake wonderful. This place had all the bells and whistles, surround sound TV with music already programmed in. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need. I recommend this place highly and we will be back again this year. (Tina, May 2013)

We booked Bilson's Landing for a special 50th birthday celebration weekend, and we could not have found a better home away from home. Every want and need was anticipated and catered for, including a a wonderful hamper on arrival! The house is truly beautiful, and so welcoming and relaxing that we could quite happily have stayed indoors all weekend. It is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the beautiful lake and the delights of the township. Thank you, David and Steve, for helping to make a special occasion even more so. We will definitely be back! (Sharon, April 2013)

We stayed here with our little family for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful carefree stay. This property is the perfect home away from home. The service by the owners was seamless and when you arrive everything you can think of is provided making it relaxing and stress free. The furniture and design of the property is impeccable and all the creature comforts and high tech gadgets made the stay all so much more comfortable. We can't wait to visit again!!! This is a fantastic property with great views, new with all manner of modern gadgets for you to utilise. Coming from interstate we didn't know what to expect of Daylesford, but we had a fantastic time in the house and exploring the surroundings including a winery and a cidery, there is plenty to see and do. Wish we could have stayed longer, will make sure we will do so next time. (Noelene, February 2013)
